What the Role Involves
As a Dutch-speaking contact center agent, your responsibilities may include:

Calling customers who have expressed interest in a service or product

Following up on qualified leads provided to you

Managing appointments or handling support requests

Working with a script and CRM system to ensure consistency and quality

Meeting personal and team performance targets
This is not a cold calling environment. All leads are warm, and your job is to engage professionally and close opportunities through consultative conversations.
